Presenting authors are required to complete the registration by Saturday, April 30, 2022 and make the payment.
NOTE: One registration can cover one paper. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration.
How to attend the online workshop?
We are using an online conference platform, InfoVaya. We will provide login information to all the participant registered by the conference registration system via https://www.ec-pro.co.jp/rocexs2020/registration/ before the workshop. Details will be announced later.

Invoice and Receipt
• Receipts will be sent to you by email.
• Invoice can be issued upon your request. Please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to rocexs2020@ec-pro.co.jp. A processing fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged for cancellations received on or before May 31, 2022. Refund requests will not be accepted after May 31, 2022. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.
